Art Walk!

Bring the entire family for an evening out in the Joslyn Castle neighborhood along 40th Street, between Dodge and Cuming Streets.
We look forward to welcoming our neighbors to join us for our August Art Walk in the Castle & Cathedral District! Our district partners have a fun evening planned, starting at 5pm.
Art Walks are family friendly and free! Here's a look at what you can expect:
-Cathedral Arts Project Omaha: In the Sunderland Gallery of the Saint Cecilia Cathedral Cultural Center, the annual Artist Invitational Opening Reception will be held. View the works of over 35 exceptional regional artists who work with pastels, acrylics, watercolors, ceramics, woods, metals, and fabric arts. Opening reception runs 5pm-8pm.
- Cali Commons hosts their August art show featuring local and regional artists, and best of show prizes will be awarded.
- Joslyn Castle & Gardens:
-Closing of "Labyrinth" art show on the second floor of the Castle! Features the art work of Nash Bellows and Charlene Potter
-Closing of : “Iconic Omaha: Mid-Century Graphic Design” ft. the archives of Hutcheson Displays, Inc. in the Carriage House
-Dripps BBQ serving up the best BBQ in town.
-Live music from Jerome Birch
-Art vendors on the lawn, featuring paintings, jewelry, ceramics, and more!
