2025 Holiday Boutique Vendor Information

Friday, November 7th and Saturday, November 8th, 2025, the Castle Guild, an auxiliary group of Joslyn Castle & Gardens, will be conducting their annual Holiday Boutique. Vendors may participate in our Holiday Boutique by agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1.       Payment of $200 for the use of one 6 ft. rectangular table and two chairs.  An additional table may be purchased for $100.

2.      Payment of $400 for the use of one room with three tables, choice of 6 ft. rectangular table and 60-inch round, three chairs.

3.      Vendors will be allowed to set up on Thursday, November 6th between 3:00-6:00 p.m. or Friday, November 7th, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and be ready for boutique sales by 4:45 p.m.

4.      Vendors will take down displays after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 8th. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area and restoring the space to its original condition.

5.      Displays will be limited to 2 ft. in front and behind the table and 1.5 ft. on each side of the vendor's table. Nothing may be hung from the walls, ceilings, stairways, or lighting fixtures of the castle. Large furniture cannot be brought into the Castle and used for displays.

6.      The Castle will provide electrical outlets upon request. Vendors must supply their own extension cords and table cloths unless prior arrangements are made.  Black table cloths may be rented from the castle at $8 each.

7.       Vendors are responsible for their own method of receiving payment.  Wi-Fi is available at the Castle.

8.      Refreshments will be provided and delivered to Vendors close to lunch time on Saturday.  Boxed refreshments are limited to two boxes per Vendor and will include finger foods and a beverage.

9.      An electronic brochure will be provided to each Vendor upon payment to advertise the event in your store or place on your website.

10.   The full vendor fee must be received by September 7 for your business to be included on the Preview Party invitation and the event website.  50% of the fee will be refunded for cancellations on or before September 7.  No refunds for cancellations after September 7.

Do you want the Castle to provide you a black table cloth for your table? Vendors can also provide their own table coverings. No uncovered tables are permitted.

Joslyn Castle & Gardens Guild Boutique Vendor Agreement: 

Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Joslyn Castle and Gardens and their parent and/or affiliates, employees, volunteers and sponsors, from any and all damages or losses, or causes of action which may arise during the Boutique, not caused by negligence of the entities listed above and their employees, volunteers or sponsors. I grant permission for the Joslyn Castle and Gardens to use any photos, video, etc. provided with this application or taken of my products or me in any and all publicity and advertising promoting the Boutique, or the Joslyn Castle and Gardens. By submitting this application, I acknowledge that the terms of this application have been read and understood, and I will abide by the terms presented in the Vendor Information guidelines provided with this application.
