A Ceremony & Reception:
Monday – Thursday: $2300
Friday: $3600

What is Included?
-An hour of rehearsal time within the week before the wedding; ask for availability
-Use of the first floor of the Castle, entire grounds, and dressing rooms on the second floor
-Set up of the bar structure, tables, and chairs for indoor use
-Set flip in the Music Room to change it from indoor ceremony space to dance floor should you have an indoor ceremony
-Black or white 85 x 85 table linens
-Up to 2 staff members depending on size of party (parties of over 50 require 2 staff members)
-One security guard at entry gate
*Parties with 50 or fewer people in attendance can receive a 20% discount on their rental price.
*You are welcome to use the space for up to 6 hours
*Last call for any indoor event is 10:30 PM and final departure (including clean-up) by 12:00 AM
*Last call for any outdoor event is 8:30PM and event end time is 9:00PM
*All rental timeframes include property arrival time to property departure time, including vendor access and all tear down and clean up.
*Renter will need to provide proof of event rental insurance that covers property damage
Outdoor Ceremony (no reception):
$1200 - any day of the week
*You are welcome to use the space for up to two hours
Includes:
-Dressing rooms on the second floor
-Guest access to restrooms on the first floor
-Security Guard for the full two hours
-Castle staff member to supervise, unlock at access time, close at departure time
*Renters will provide all furnishings for outdoor use
*No furnishings for indoor use will be provided (tables, chairs, etc.)
Indoor Ceremony (no reception);
Monday-Thursday: $1200
Friday: $1500
Saturday: $1800
Sunday: $1200
*You are welcome to use the space for up to 2 hours
Includes:
-One hour of rehearsal time within the week before your ceremony
-Dressing rooms on the second floor
-Ceremony In the Music Room
* Capacity: 65 people seated, with some standing room on balcony and on steps
Reception (no ceremony):
Monday – Thursday: $1600
Friday: $2600
Saturday: $3200
Sunday $2200
*You are welcome to use the space for up to 5 hours
Includes:
-Use of the first floor of the Castle and entire grounds
-Set up of bar structure, tables, and chairs for indoor use
-Black or white tablecloths
*Parties with over 100 guests not recommended for our space
*Renter will need to provide proof of event rental insurance that covers property damage
