There’s no business like POE business!
Due to popular demand, Tales of Poe is BACK at the Joslyn Castle for a very limited run of October 10-11.
We’re thrilled to announce that our friend and director Scott Working is remounting the popular evening of macabre and mystery, highlighting some of the classic works of the King of the Night Edgar Allan Poe. The cast features some of the best local talent Omaha has to offer!
Guests will take a journey through the night, starting in the Carriage House and moving into the Castle for vignettes performed throughout the storied halls (and basement!). Performances include the “Cask of Amontillado,” “The Tell Tale Heart,” “The Purloined Letter,” and “Mask of the Red Death.”
In addition to performance art, we are excited to welcome attendees to view our Tales of Poe community art show, featuring the creations of dozens of local artisans displayed throughout the Carriage House, produced in partnership with Wicked Raven Productions. Guests are invited to enjoy a spooky themed cocktail from the bar.
We’re offering two showings on each night: 6pm and 8pm. Tickets are $35 for general admission, $25 for students. This is a 12+ event.
