A Message from the Kingmans
How immensely delighted we are to have the opportunity to share Eugene Kingman's artwork with you during this beautiful exhibition. We feel very honored and most grateful that each one of you has chosen to attend this splendid event We especially want to thank the Joslyn Castle & Gardens for hosting this show, and the Castle's amazing team of organizers for all their hard work in preparing this wonderful event. Eugene's closest family members (Mixie and Quinlan) are thrilled to attend the opening and reception for this special exhibition on October 18th and 19th, 2024.
We want to point out too that Eugene highly valued the concept of "cross sensing" in art shows. He encouraged visitors to be able to use some of their senses (like seeing and hearing a piece of art), in order to feel and fully appreciate an artist's unique talents in various exhibits.
Indeed, Eugene Kingma was an invaluable, remarkable human being. May his immensely creative spirit and artistic legacy live on for years to come!
