Keepers of the Castle: Volunteer Open House
Are you looking to get involved in the community in a meaningful way? Do you have a love for local history, architecture, gardening, or the arts? Do you want to meet some great people who also share your passions? I think you know where we're going with this...
We are looking for YOU! It takes a village to keep this Castle humming at a steady clip, and volunteers are the coal that makes this train roll.
We are looking to increase our volunteer family and we have opportunities for every interest and personality.
- Lead public tours as a trained docent.
- Be an event host at our many cultural and educational programs.
- Lend your green thumb to our volunteer gardening team - we have over 5.5 acres to work with!
- Lend us your professional expertise and experience as a member of our Board of Directors.
- Join our Castle Guild as they raise funds for historic preservation needs and tackle interior restoration initiatives.
- Etc....do you have a different idea of how you can help? We want to hear it!
Join us for a casual open-house! Meet members of the Joslyn Castle staff and volunteer ranks, and learn more about how we can work together to achieve our mission of preserving and sharing this special place for generations to come! We're looking for volunteers 16+
Pre-registration is optional. Open house hours are 5pm-7pm on Thursday, March 9.
