Tour information
We offer Tours on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays with start times at 10:00am, 3:00pm, 3:30pm, or 4:00pm; and Saturdays with a start time of 10:00am.
The tour (3 levels of the mansion) is approximately 90 minutes.
All requested days and times are subject to availability.
Tours must be scheduled at least 30 days in advance.
Pricing
- Programming Fee: $150.00
- The Programming Fee is NONREFUNDABLE.
- Upon receipt of the payment for the invoiced Programming Fee, a secure hold for the date and time of the tour will be added to our master calendar.
- At any time before the Programming Fee is received, the preferred tour day and time may become unavailable.
- Admission Charge: $17.00 per guest. (Guides and drivers will be admitted for free.)
- A final count will occur when guests arrive.
- A separate invoice for the Admission Charge will be sent within days after the tour.
Invoicing and Payments
- By submitting a payment, you agree to the terms laid out in this document.
- All invoicing and payments are made through bill.com.
- An electronic invoice will be emailed through bill.com. It can be paid online with a bank routing number, credit or debit card.
Your tour is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from us.
Tour guests can disembark the bus on Davenport Street. Designated bus parking is available on 40th Street.
The Castle is equipped with a wheelchair lift on the North side and an elevator inside.
Joslyn Castle and Gardens reserves the right to cancel a confirmed tour for any reason.
If WE cancel the tour, all charges will be reimbursed.
