Private Tours PLUS – 1 to 20 guests for a tour of the Castle with additional time allotted for a Meal and Entertainment

PLUS Tour information
We offer Private Tours on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays with a start time at 3:00pm, 3:30pm, or 4:00pm; and Saturdays with a start time of 10:00am.
We allot 3 hours for Private Tours PLUS
- 15 minutes – arrival
- 60 minutes – docent-led tour (3 levels of the mansion)
- 60 minutes – dining
- 30 minutes – entertainment
- 15 minutes – departure
All requested days and times are subject to availability.
Tours must be scheduled at least 30 days in advance.
Unless asked, we do not provide nor schedule the catering and entertainment.
If you want US to organize the catering and entertainment, an Administrative Fee will be charged.
If needed, a list of allowed caterers and entertainment options will be provided for you to organize.
You are not allowed to bring in your own food. The Castle kitchen is not available.
If you wish to include alcohol, you will be required to contract a security guard.
If needed, a list of preferred security companies will be provided to you to organize.
Pricing
- Programming Fee: $150.00
- The Programming Fee is NONREFUNDABLE
- Minimum Admission Charge: $100.00 (1 to 4 people)
- Admission Charge: $25.00 per guest (5 or more people)
- No refunds for “no show” guests.
- Additional Admission Charges will be collected if more guests in your party attend.
- Administrative Fee (20% of the Programming Fee and the total Admission Charges) will be added if Joslyn Castle staff organizes the catering and entertainment.
- Payments for the catering and entertainment are paid by you directly to the contracted organizations.
- A separate invoice for the Admission Charge (and Administration Fee, if applicable) will be sent within days after the tour.
Invoicing and Payments
o By submitting a payment, you agree to the terms laid out in this document.
o All invoicing and payments are made through bill.com.
o An electronic invoice will be emailed through bill.com. It can be paid online with a bank routing number, credit or debit card.
Upon receipt of the payment for the invoiced Programming Fee, a secure hold for the date and time of the Private Tour will be added to our master calendar.
At any time before the payment is received, the preferred tour day and time may become unavailable.
Your tour is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from us.
The Castle offers free parking.
The Castle is equipped with a wheelchair lift on the North side and an elevator inside.
Joslyn Castle and Gardens reserves the right to cancel a confirmed tour for any reason.
If WE cancel the tour, all charges will be reimbursed.
