The Joslyn Castle Trust perpetuates the goals of Sarah Joslyn by serving as an advocate for the historic home of the Joslyn family.
The landmark Joslyn Castle and estate grounds are now used to educate and enhance the cultural aspects of the Omaha community. This grand Victorian residence is open for public tours, events and rentals.
Public tours are only available on the first and third Sunday of every month at 1, 2 and 3pm AND on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment from 10am-2pm. Please see the specific notes below for time changes. Most other days we are booked for private events.
Joslyn Castle is located just one
block north of Dodge at 39th St.
Take a tour of the Castle and its 5.5-acre grounds.
The Castle is open to the public on the first and third Sunday of each month. Guided tours are conducted at 1, 2, and 3 p.m. Doors open 10 minutes before the start of each tour. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The Castle is also open for tours by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-2pm. Please call the office to schedule a visit.
There will be no public tours on Sunday, April 20th (Easter Sunday).
If you are interested in visiting the Castle at any other time, please call the office to see if a docent might be available.
Private tour groups of 12 or more are by appointment. Admission for all tours is based on the following:
